Yoga

My classes offer Body-Mind-Soul centric movements with emphasis on mechanics, breath, alignment and posture.  I am studied in Hatha, Viniyoga, Vinyasa and Iyengar yoga styles and Tai Chi, Feldenkrais, Biokinetics, Somatics, Gyrokinesis, NIA, self-help techniques and other sport-specific training.

I teach drop-in classes at Ventana Windsports (612-114-0065).
